Shipping Policy

We only ship after 100% of the balance is paid.

We require 50% at the time of the order and 50% before shipping.

The shipping cost is always extra and should be paid by the client.

Clients can arrange their own shipping service.

Free delivery in Istanbul.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns on wholesale orders.

We only accept exchanges on defected and un-used items.

If an item is used we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If an item is printed with your/clients' branding, we do not accept returns/exchanges.
